You struggle and work hard throughout the duration of your studies in the University only to graduate and there is no job for you. The industry looks into the young graduate's experience in the field of their specialty not considering the fact that these graduates that are coming out of the Universities have no record of work history in their specialty career and asking one or two years' experience before they can be employed is considered as unreasonable , unrealistic and unfair to these young chaps who during their studies had put so much interest and often times fascinate, visualizing how their life will become as they think of getting this big job that will make a better life for them and their family. People will be able to work remotely from the comfort of their homes with Access to EDC system and will monitor patients' recruitment logs, consent forms, patients individual subject logs, Protocol logs, Investigator logs , Protocol deviation log, Site Logs, Monitor log, Regulatory Binder, Pharmacy dispense log , Investigator brochure logs, Adverse Event logs, Serious Adverse Event Logs , Suspected unexpected Adverse Reaction log, Source Data Varification and Source Data Review etc. We train staffs to be expert as mode of our training focuses on six to eight weeks intensive and comprehensive training on a block of three days every week for six to eight weeks. The mode of studies involves both theoretical and practical learning via online modules that covers classes three days in a week having consider the fact that people schedules can differ as everyone have one thing to do on a daily basis. This training was tailored to allow students to choose three days in a week depending on the Calander of their own time and hour / days. There are two types of training, the Comprehensive /Advanced Group Training and Comprehensive/Advanced level Private training where trainees are trained privately alone, tailored to their own days and time they want to be trained. The comprehensive/Advanced level group training cost a one-time payment of $178.99, and the Comprehensive /Advanced private training cost a one-term payment of $250. The mode of training is online, and students /trainees are to have classes three days in a week, and students are do course works, practical reports, fifteen minutes presentation, and 30 minutes group presentation, quizzes, tutorial / interactive sections. Classes are via live online sections with recorded class lecture videos for those that misses the class. Participant trainees are to be in the class specifically tailored in their class timetables. Any trainee that knows they won't be in the class due to doctors' appointment, emergency, work or family issues must report to the CEO and Course Director Timothy Ekwebelem at least 24hrs before the onset of the class, failure to do so, participant will be scored zero. Course works will be submitted with a header sheet showing your name, the title of the course work, day and the time you submitted the course work. Any participant student/ trainee who did not submit their course works at the appointed deadline must inform the course director at least 24hrs before time otherwise they will score zero if they miss the deadline of submission. Extension will be given to those individuals that informed the Program Director/CEO to complete and submit their course work, likewise those who are to individually do a presentation or group presentation must inform the trainer why he or she will not be in the presentation day or why they will not be able to present and we will be able to reschedule presentation day for him or she. Failure to do so will result in him or her scoring zero. All class members whether individual or group level course must be in the class for the quizzes and tutorial / interactive sections. If you are not going to be in the class, you must inform the course director 24hrs before time or you score zero. All practical section is based on scenario life examples that shows you what goes on at the site. Certificates are awarded to participants who scores at least a pass mark of 60% and scores are graded as pass, merit and distinction.
