I woke up one early morning, as I tried to get-out of the bed my mind goes to the situation of unemployment reaping the world like a disease. I imagined what would have happened to me and my family if I don't have a job of my own. I thought about how hard times are for families to be able to eat three square meals as most parents are unemployed. Many are struggling to put food on the table for them and their families while others cannot be able to afford it just because they have no jobs. When we look at global economic hardship and inflation, we first think about the United States of America, United Kingdom and Europe as a whole. One will not forget that even this advanced economy, its citizens are still struggling and poor that they can't afford to pay their rents and bills. If civilized world is going through this kind of rough times what about developing countries like Africa and Asia, what do you imagine life will be for them over there.
Having noticed this, what do I think is the problem or causes of unemployment? Going by this current global inflation, I can clearly attribute the course to be lack of jobs for people as many are being discriminated and interviewers biased in mindset and opportunity not giving to them to work can reduce purchasing power in economy. People don't have money to buy hence it increases the hikes in goods and services. There is a solution, the solution is training and putting people back to work and that is what Timkings International Associates is doing
